Key Responsibilities
As an ATM Assistant, you will:
- Welcome Clients: Greet and assist clients to ensure a smooth and efficient branch experience.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide top-notch customer service, going above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
- Assist with Transactions: Help clients with deposits, inquiries, loan applications, and other banking services.
- Capture Information Accurately: Gather and record client information efficiently and accurately.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with Capitec Bank’s products and services to provide informed assistance.
- Maintain Professionalism: Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational
- Skills: Basic calculation skills and computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Background Check: Clear criminal and credit record; recognizable fingerprints in Capitec Bank’s system
