Positions Available
General Assistant
As a General Assistant in our Pretoria branch, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and providing expert product advice.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Promote additional services, such as delivery options and our VIC Customer Program.
- Ensure customer purchases are loaded carefully and efficiently.
Stock Management:
- Assist with the loading and merchandising of stock.
- Ensure accurate shelf pricing and labeling.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in your designated area.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 or a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and the dominant local language.
- Basic math skills for accurate calculations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Availability: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Certification: Product knowledge certification is a plus.
