Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent vocational qualification.

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Basic Calculations: Competence in basic arithmetic.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and business processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and manage client interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of addressing client issues effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks.

Additional Requirements

  • Clear Background: Must have a clear criminal and credit record.
  • Fingerprint Recognition: Must have recognizable fingerprints in Capitec Bank’s internal system.
