About the Internship

Key Responsibilities:

  • First-Level Support: Deliver initial telephonic assistance for software and hardware issues.
  • Issue Tracking: Log all reported issues in the call tracking system and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Professional Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with end-users.
  • SLA Compliance: Ensure all support tasks adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Continuous Learning: Enhance your IT support knowledge and skills through ongoing learning.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Matric certificate and a diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in software troubleshooting is advantageous.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Retail Experience: Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
