Smollan is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join their team in JHB North. In this role, you will be a key player in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service within a retail environment, preferably with experience in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration: This includes managing sales records, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries.
  • In-store Sales and Marketing: You’ll actively engage customers, promote products and services, and drive sales through effective in-store marketing strategies.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Service: Providing top-notch customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
  • Education: Matric and a Diploma/NQF level 5 qualification.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles and their application in a retail setting.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Administration Skills: Organized and efficient in handling administrative tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
